Wondercraft makes working on audio production as team a piece of cake. Let's run through how to start a workspace and collaborate on audio projects in our AI-powered audio studio.

Creating a Workspace

Workspaces are collaborative areas on the platform where you and your team team can effortlessly work on projects together.

First, get started by setting up an account on the platform.

  1. Once you’ve signed onto Wondercraft, click on "Workspaces" on the left-hand side of the home page.
  2. Add a new workspace by following the simple prompts.
  3. Invite team members to collaborate on projects and audio tracks via email.

Your cloned voices and uploaded original music files are securely stored within each workspace and are only accessible to its members, ensuring your assets are safe and organized.

Gathering Feedback and Approvals

Getting feedback and approvals from external parties is just as easy. Once you’ve generated your audio file, click download and share in the top right of the screen, and then click publish.

Share the public link via email, Slack, WhatsApp, or any other platform your team uses. When someone opens the link, they'll be able to listen to the audio and view a copy of the transcript.

Collect comments and sign-offs easily, streamlining your iteration process. To leave a comment, simply highlight a phrase and type your feedback.

And that’s it! Pretty simple, right?
