Wondercraft now lets you organize projects with folders—so you can group content by campaign, client, theme, or anything else. Structure your workspace your way.

Introducing Folders: Organize Projects Your Way

We admit—our original project structure was built for podcasts. But not everything is a podcast.

Now, with creators using Wondercraft for everything from ads to meditations to internal training audio, we needed a better way to keep things organized. That’s why we’re rolling out Folders: a simple but powerful new way to structure your workspace however you like.

Why folders?

Back when Wondercraft launched, you’d create a session (which was usually an episode), and eventually we added podcasts to help group those sessions. That worked great—for podcasts.

But for everything else? Not so much.

Think about it:

  • Ad agencies think in campaigns, not episodes.
  • L&D teams often group by departments or training themes.
  • Meditation creators may want to separate by style, language, or intended audience.

Folders give you the flexibility to organize your work the way you think—not the way the system tells you to.

Assets belong where the work happens

There’s also a more tactical reason for folders. Until now, resources (like uploaded visuals or voice files) could only be added at the teamspace level. That meant everything—from voiceovers to logos—lived in one big shared drawer.

Folders now give you a proper place to store assets next to the projects that use them.

For example:

  • A creative team working on multiple video ads can now keep voice files, draft scripts, and visuals in the same folder.
  • An agency running campaigns for different clients can keep each client’s projects—and assets—neatly separated.
  • A teacher creating multiple lesson series can group scripts, episodes, and feedback docs together by course.

No rules, just structure

We’re not enforcing a rigid hierarchy. You’re free to:

  • Create folders inside folders
  • Move sessions and podcasts between folders
  • Keep things flat or go full-on nested—it’s up to you

It’s lightweight. It’s flexible. It just makes sense.

So what changes?

Folders Wondercraft

You’ll now see a Folders view when you log in. From there, you can:

  • Create folders and subfolders
  • Drag and drop sessions and podcasts
  • Organize assets alongside audio files

Everything you’ve already made will still be there—just better organized when you're ready to tidy things up.

One step closer to a true audio workspace

This isn’t a flashy update. But it’s one that unlocks better workflows, smoother handoffs, and way less chaos.

So go ahead—clean up that workspace. Structure it your way. And get back to creating.
