When we started Wondercraft two years ago, we had no idea we were building a video company.
Back then, the goal was simple: help anyone create amazing audio content using AI. Podcasts, ads, meditations. If you could write it, you could make it sound incredible.
And for a while, that was enough. We grew to thousands of creators in +100 countries. People used Wondercraft to tell stories, train employees, and bring ideas to life through sound.
But somewhere along the way, something started to feel incomplete.
Because the internet doesn’t speak audio.

Over the past year, our team’s been quietly rebuilding Wondercraft from the ground up. Not a facelift. A reinvention.
The question was never, “How do we add video?”
It was, “How would we design a creative studio today, if AI was baked into its DNA?”
That’s how we got to this moment.

Wondercraft is now the first video editing platform that lets anyone create video simply by chatting with AI.

And yes, we still do audio. But now, you can turn that podcast into a launch video, that ad script into a campaign, that training material into a visual story — all without ever touching a timeline.
What changed
This isn’t just a product update. It’s a shift in what Wondercraft is.
We’re no longer “an AI podcast generator.”
We’re the place where anyone can create video and audio with AI, not AI-generated content.
